Summary

Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to lease to any person, association, or corporation portions of the forest reserves needed to provide recreational facilities and services for the use and enjoyment of the public. Makes provisions for the amount of land to be leased and the terms concerning time and rent of such leases. Requires each lesse to keep such records concerning terms of the lease as the Secretary may prescribe, and grants the Secretary and the Comptroller General access to such records. States that the provisions of this Act with respect to forest reserves created from the public domain shall be applicable to all other parts of the national forest system.
