Summary

Local Revenue Assistance Act - Extends Federal assistance to local units of government under the State and Local Fiscal Assistance Act through fiscal year 1981. Prohibits local governments from using funds obtained under this Act as a contribution for the purpose of obtaining Federal funds under any law of the United States which requires matching fund payments. Requires each State to allocate the total amount of assistance received (previously two-thirds the amount of assistance received) among the units of local government within such State.
