Summary
Creats a body corporate by the name of the National Association of State Approving Agencies. Specifies those individuals who may engage in any act necessary to complete the organization of the corporation. Sets forth the corporate powers of the corporation. Prohibits political activities or contributions by the corporation and its officers or directors. Stipulates that the purposes of the corporation shall be: (1) to exchange information and ideas among all State and national agencies which are significantly involved in the education or training of veterans or their dependents; (2) to promote mutual cooperation among all concerned and interested agencies and organizations; (3) to develop acceptable standards and procedures which may be adopted by all State approving agencies; and (4) to achieve the ultimate objectives of providing the eligible person the best possible education and training.
