Summary

Amends the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 to make it unlawful for an air carrier to demand the payment of money from, or to assert legal liability against, a ticket agent for the usage by persons of stolen airline tickets if the agent was not a participant in the theft of such tickets and the agent has given notice of the theft and the serial numbers of the stolen tickets to the carrier or a representative of the carrier.
