Summary
Authorizes members of the Ready Reserve with 50 or more creditable service points to use military commissary stores during that calendar year on the same basis as members on active duty. Removes a limitation (24 days per year) on store use by new Ready Reserve members. Allows dependents of such members to use such stores on an equal basis. Authorizes store use, on the same basis as members entitled to retired pay, for persons who would be eligible for retired pay but for the fact that they are under 60 years of age. Allows dependents of such persons to use such stores on the same basis as dependents of members entitled to retired pay.
