Summary
Automobile Driver Education and Highway Safety Act - Directs the Secretary of Transportation to carry on a national education campaign designed to educate drivers and pedestrians as to the danger of driving on, or crossing the highways. Authorizes appropriations of $85,000,000 for fiscal year 1977 and for each of the two succeeding fiscal years to carry out such program.
