Directs the Secretary of the Interior to: (1) conduct a National Historic Landmark theme study to identify sites and resources in the United States that are significant to the Cold War; (2) prepare and publish an interpretive handbook on such War and disseminate information gathered through the study; and (3) establish the Cold War Advisory Committee.
