Summary

Authorizes the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to provide veterans' benefits to those veterans conditionally discharged or released from active military, naval, or air service, where the veterans reenting immediately such service and are thereafter discharged or released in a manner which would, but for the provisions of this Act, disqualify the veterans from such benefits. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 101 (18))
