Summary
Emergency Flood Control Acceleration Act - Directs the head of each department of the Federal Government having jurisdiction over any program or project carried out under the authority of either the Rivers and Harbors Acts or the Flood Control Acts, to reduce or eliminate procedural requirements established in such laws in order to speed up the initiation or completion of such projects. States that nothing in this Act authorizes the elimination of National Environmental Policy Act requirements.
