Summary
Protective Order Enforcement Act - Amends the Federal criminal code to require a gun importer, manufacturer, or dealer to receive from a gun purchaser, at the time of purchase, a statement that such purchaser is not: (1) subject to a court restraining order from an intimate partner or a child of such partner or person; or (2) engaging in any other conduct that would place an intimate partner in reasonable fear of bodily injury to the partner or child.
