Summary

Farmers' Toxic Chemical Contamination Relief Act - Defines terms used in this Act. Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to make loans through the Agricultural Credit Insurance Fund to agricultural producers in the United States who have suffered losses as a result of having their agricultural commodities or livestock quarantined or condemned because such commodities or livestock have been found to contain toxic chemicals dangerous to the public health. States that the amount of such loan shall in no event exceed $100,000 in the case of any one agricultural producer. Authorizes appropriations of sums necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
