Summary
Prisoner of War Bonus Benefits Act - Entitles members of the armed forces and Federal employees who were in a missing status during the Vietnam era to a double credit for such period for retirement eligibility and pay purposes. Directs the Secretary of Defense to provide such members of the armed forces and their dependents with additional health benefits including psychological and counseling services. Specifies additional pay and allowance benefits to which such individuals are entitled.
