Summary

Provides that members of the uniformed service who were captured and held as prisoners of war during the period of combatant activities in Vietnam shall be exempt from restrictions limiting per diem allowances to no more than 90 days in the case of members of the uniform services in missing status. Sets forth guidelines for the payment of allowances to such individuals.
