Summary
Prohibits the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare from withholding information from the public regarding the trade name or mark, manufacturer, area of distribution, and name of the product, when any such product subject to the provisions of this Act is seized or recalled for any reason and in any way pursuant to the authority vested in the Secretary under this Act.
