Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of Labor to carry out a program for a national bilingual manpower training system to assist disadvantaged Spanish-speaking individuals, which shall be known as Service, Employment, and Redevelopment Jobs for Progress. Establishes service, employment and redevelopment centers to furnish educational, job related, and research services to meet the needs of the Spanish-speaking community. Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out this Act.
