Summary
Provides that members of the Armed Forces shall not be transported on vessels or aircraft operated by the Defense Department unless they are on official business or pay for such transportation on a scale from 100 percent for officers 0-4 and above to 50 percent for warrant officers and enlisted personnel. Provides that such transportation shall not be provided on a space-available basis and offer advanced reservation, or provided with waiting space or lounges other than those used by all Armed Forces members. (Amends 10 U.S.C. 4744)
