Summary
Prohibits, during time of war or armed conflict, the collecting or disbursing of money or anything of value, directly or indirectly, for the enemies of the United States. Provides for penalties of up to ten years in prison, or a fine of up to $10,000, or both, for anyone who knowingly violates this Act. (Adds 18 U.S.C. 2392)
