Summary
Nepotism Reform Act - Expands to cover the Legislative branch the prohibition of the employment by any public official of any relative in an agency in which such official serves or over which such official exercises jurisdiction or control. Redefines the term "relative" for the purposes of such prohibition to include an individual who is related to the public official as father, mother, uncle, aunt, stepfather, stepmother, spouse, or any descendant or ancestor of any of the foregoing.
