Summary
Makes it unlawful for any individual or organization to enroll, or attempt to enroll, any member of the armed forces serving on active duty in any organization which would act as a representative of such member with respect to terms and conditions of service in the armed forces. Sets forth penalties for violations of this Act. (Adds 10 U.S.C. 975)
