A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to provide that any Federal employee retiring with accrued sick leave shall be entitled to a lump-sum payment for one-third of such days, and the amount of such sick leave such employee is entitled to have included in years of service for computing his retirement annuity shall be limited to one-third of such sick leave.
