Summary
Provides that a civil service employee who officially is required to remain in an on-call status away from his post of duty is entitled to premium pay at the rate of 10 percent of his hourly overtime rate of pay for each hour outside his basic administrative workweek that he is in the on-call status, and not otherwise entitled to premium pay.
