Summary
Reduces the maximum penalty for first offenders using a firearm to commit a felony from ten to three years. Changes the possible imprisonment sentence for multiple offenders to not less than three nor more than ten years. Prohibits the court from suspending any sentence imposed by this Act. Deletes the existing prohibition against giving, probationary sentences to multiple offenders. (Amends 18 U.S.C. 924)
