Summary
Provides that whenever the duties of the President devolve to someone other than the Vice-President, if that devolution is permanent and not due to a temporary disability, and if the event shall occur more than one hundred and twenty days before the expiration of the Presidents term in office, the executive of each State shall be notified and that electors of a President and Vice-President shall be appointed for the purpose of choosing a President and Vice-President to fill the remainder of the four-year term.
