Summary
Authorizes the payment to Puerto Rico of the amount of all import fees collected (pursuant to Presidential proclamation) by the Federal Energy Administrator for imports of crude oil, unfinished oil and finished products into Puerto Rico after January 31, 1975. Directs that such funds shall be expended by the Government of Puerto Rico for public purposes as authorized by law.
