Summary
Prohibits all direct or indirect assistance of any kind to Angola or to any participant in the conflict in Angola as of the date of enactment of this Act. Suspends all licenses for the export of weapons, ammunition or implements of war, directly or indirectly, to Angola or any participant in the conflict in Angola. Requires the President to report to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, within 30 days of this Act's enactment, the steps taken to carry out the provisions of this Act.
