Summary
Automatic Telephone Call Prohibition Act - Amends the Communications Act of 1934 to prohibit the making of any unsolicited call to any telephone if such call is made entirely by automatic equipment and has or may have a duration of more than one minute. Establishes penalties consisting of fines or imprisonment or both for the violation of the prohibition established by this Act.
