Summary

States that, upon completion of rules and regulations implementing public laws, the committee of origin, whether in the House of Representatives or in the Senate, shall give approval of said rules and regulations or voice their disapproval within sixty days from date of submission of said rules and regulations. Provides that such submission of rules and regulations to the committee of origin shall be no longer than ninety calendar days after date of enactment.
