Summary

Revises the Domestic Volunteer Service Act of 1973 to provide that any developmentally disabled child receiving services under the foster grandparent program may continue to receive such services as an adult if the continuation of such aid mutually benefits such individual and the volunteer. Authorizes the expenditure of Federal funds for such services only if the child is being fully served in accordance with the Act.
