Summary

Conveys the right of reverter and reserved mineral interests in certain land to the State of Florida. Conditions such conveyance upon transfer by Florida to the United States of absolute and clear title to other specified lands. Directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey such other specified lands back to the State of Florida, reserving mineral rights and a right of reverter if such lands are not used for park and recreational purposes. Requires the State of Florida to reimburse the United States for all costs incurred in such land transfers.
