Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior, after the retained use estate at Virgin Islands National Park on the date of enactment of this Act has been terminated and the improvements on such lands have been donated to the United States, to enter into a lease with the person holding the retained use estate on such date for the use of such lands and improvements on terms and conditions determined by the Secretary to be reasonable.
