Summary

Declares that funds appropriated to pay judgments in favor of the Delaware Tribe of Indians and the Absentee Delaware Tribe of Western Oklahoma, awarded by the Indian Claims Commission, should be distributed to members of those tribes and thereby shall become tribal assets. Establishes criteria for tribal membership and directs the Secretary of the Interior to prepare a roll of eligible persons. Requires that such funds be placed to the credit of the tribes in the United States Treasury and establishes conditions for use of the money. Authorizes the tribes to prescribe all rules and regulations to carry out this Act subject to the approval of the Secretary.
