Summary

Entitles to a civil service annuity those employees of the Bureau of Indian Affairs or of the Indian Health Service who complete 20 years of service before December 31, 1955, who were employed continuously from June 17, 1974, to the date of separation, and who are not otherwise entitled to full retirement benefits or to an Indian preference. Sets forth the method of computation of such annuity.
