Summary

Amends Federal aviation law to set a minimum $2,500 per passenger liability limit on certain air carriers for damages resulting from the disappearance of, damage to, or delay in delivery of a passenger's personal property, including baggage, that was in the custody or control of the air carrier immediately prior to such disappearance, damage, or delay. Requires air carriers to include on or with any flight ticket notice of its monetary limitation on baggage liability to passengers.
