Summary
Authorizes the continuation of Junior Reserve Training Corps units, in instances where the unit student enrollment has fallen below 100 in an academic year, for the next succeeding academic year. Requires disbanding of such a unit after the second year but not before the close of the academic year in which students first enrolling in the unit during such second year would ordinarily complete the course of military instruction provided under the program. (Amends 10 U.S.C. 2031 (b) (1))
