Summary

Provides that if the contract benefits include payment or reimbursement for a service which may be provided by a social worker who has a master's degree in social work, and two or more years of supervised experience in a clinical or hospital setting, and is licensed and/or certified as such under applicable State or Federal statutes, then the Federal employee beneficiary, annuitant, or family member covered by such social worker of his or her choice, shall have direct access to such health benefits coverage without supervision or referral by another health practitioner and shall be entitled under such contract to have benefits paid to him or her on his or her behalf for such services.
