Summary
Social Security Trust Fund Integrity Act of 1999 - Requires any official statement issued by the Office of Management and Budget, the Congressional Budget Office, or any other Federal agency or instrumentality concerning Federal or congressional budget surplus or deficit totals, as well as any description of or reference to such totals in any official publication, to exclude the outlays and receipts of the Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance program (title II of the Social Security Act) and related provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.
