A bill to amend chapter 49 of title 10, United States Code, to prohibit union organization in the armed forces, and for other purposes.

Summary

Makes it unlawful for any individual or entity to solicit to enroll or enroll any member of the armed forces in any labor organization or for any member of the armed forces to join, or encourage others to join any labor organization. Sets forth penalties for violations of this Act.
