Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to exclude extracorporeal shock wave lithotripters with respect to the duty treatment of electro-surgical apparatus. Suspends, through December 31, 1987, the duty on extracorporeal shock wave lithotripters for use by nonprofit hospitals and research or educational institutions.
