Transportation Security Administration Ombudsman Act of 2011 - Establishes in the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) an Office of the Ombudsman to assist TSA employees who have complaints about TSA, including publicizing a toll-free telephone number to report such complaints.
