Summary
Authorizes the United States Governor of the Asian Development Bank to subscribe on behalf of the United States to 30,000 additional shares of the capital stock in the Bank. Authorizes $361,904,726 to be appropriated in order to pay for the increase in the United States subscription to the Bank. Authorizes the U.S. Governor to contribute on behalf of the U.S. $50,000,000 to the special funds of the bank. Authorizes the appropriation of $50,000,000 for payment by the Secretary of the Treasury to such special funds.
