A bill to amend section 218 of the Social Security Act to provide that the termination by a State of social security coverage for State or local employees within any coverage group (otherwise than as part of the complete termination of the State's agreement under that section) shall not apply with respect to the members of such group who desire to continue their social security coverage under the agreement.
