A bill to amend the Export Administration Act of 1979 with respect to the export of domestically produced crude oil.

Summary

Amends the Export Administration Act of 1979 to require, before permitting the export of certain domestically produced crude oil, that: (1) the President recommend to the Congress that such oil be allowed to be exported; and (2) the Congress agree to a joint resolution approving such export. Exempts the provisions of such Act relating to exports of domestically produced crude oil from the termination provisions of such Act.
