Summary
Requires the Secretary of State to certify to the United States Civil Service Commission the name and dates of service of each individual who performed as a language instructor in the Foreign Service Institute before July 1, 1960 and who performed subsequent creditable service after the date. Directs the Civil Service Commission to accept the certification of the Secretary for the purpose of computing creditable service on which title to annuity is based.
