Summary
Increases the rates of veterans' educational assistance and lengthens the period of eligibility. Provides that automatic cost-of-living increases of veterans' educational assistance allowances be made whenever it is determined that the Consumer Price Index has risen 3 per centum or more. Revises the aggregate period for which any person may receive educational assistance under two or more separate programs of this Act. Revises the disability criteria for eligibility for vocational rehabilitation by the Veterans' Administration.
