Summary
Establishes in the Office of Education a National Student Financial Assistance Data Bank to assist students in identifying public and private sources of financial assistance for higher education. Directs the Commissioner of Education to (1) collect and assemble all available information pertaining to scholarships, loans, grants, and other financial assistance; and (2) disseminate such information without charge to individuals applying to the data bank.
