Summary
Provides that in the event any State: (1) requires persons employed within such State to make contributions to a State disability insurance fund; and (2) requires employers to withhold such employee contributions from the pay of such employees and forward such contributions to the State fund, the United States Postal Service shall withhold such contributions from the pay of postal service employees employed in such State and forward such contributions to the State.
