Summary

Prohibits corporate bribery of foreign officials, subjecting violating corporations to a fine of not less than $500,000 nor more than $25,000,000. Subjects corporate officers, employees, or agents who bribe such officials to a fine of not less than $10,000 nor more than $25,000, or imprisonment for not less than one nor more than ten years, or both. Defines "domestic corporation", "foreign official", and "official act" for purposes of this Act. (Adds 18 U.S.C. 225)
