Summary

Authorizes the sale, by the Ute Mountain Ute Indian Tribe, of any lands held in trust for the Tribe by the United States that are not needed or are not properly located for practical use by the Tribe. Provides that all sums received by virtue of such sale be used only for purchase of real property satisfactorily located for practical use by the Ute Mountain Indian Tribe.
