Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to make grants to the Eisenhower College, Seneca Falls, New York, in an aggregate amount equal to ten percent of the amounts received by the Secretary for the issuance of proof dollar coins bearing the likeness of the late President of the United States, Dwight D. Eisenhower, and minted under the authority of the Coinage Act of 1965. Provides that the amount received by the Secretary for each minted proof dollar coin shall be $10 per coin.
