Summary
Congressional Advisory Legislative Line - Establishes an office, within the Information Systems of the Congress, to compile and make available to the public, by a toll-free telephone number, status information on pending legislation. Directs the Committee on House Administration to make necessary arrangements for the toll-free number and to employ necessary personnel, including bilingual personnel (Spanish-speaking). Authorizes to be expended from the contingent fund of the House sums necessary for the preliminary steps in implementation of this Act.
